X6738A X6745A 375-0087 = 32MB SBus Fast Write Cache. Micro Memory MM-1360C. 32MB ECC. The minimum operating system is Solaris 2.6 HW: 3/98. Solaris 7 requires Fast Write Cache >=1.2. Two boards are included with Options 6738 and 6745. Two boards per system are required. This is for a single board only. The 375-0087 is not compatible with Netra NFS. The batteries are not rechargeable. 8. It takes 48 hours to clear memory after battery jumpers are removed.
