If your shipment has been delayed or lost you may request MemoryX apply for a refund on your behalf. Refunds are solely at the discretion of Fedex or UPS. Fedex, and UPS 3 day have service guarantees. UPS ground, mail and international shipping have no service guarantees. Please email to shipping@memoryx.net to request a shipping refund.We need a request in writing in order to process.
