WARRANTY and GUARANTY
All of our memory is guaranteed to work in the application for which you ordered it. Most of our memory carries a lifetime warranty. Individual items may also carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific product's description for information.
REPAIR or EXCHANGE
If you have an item which needs to be returned for repair or replacement email to Customer Support:
LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES, REFUND of SHIPPING CHARGES
Damaged packages or goods must be reported with 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Lost shipments must be reported within one week of expected arrival. Claims can not be processed outside of these time periods. Use the form below to reship a lost shipment, claim the insurance for loss or damage of a shipment, and request refund for a delayed shipment. The courier (UPS, USPS, Airborne, Fedex or DHL) will make the final decision regarding your credit.

If you require an advanced replacement for a defective or incorrectly shipped order, please email below. We will charge your credit card for the advanced replacement and credit it when it is returned. We will include a UPS ground label for the returned part for all domestic orders.

If you need a different part number, return your part for credit and reorder the correct part.
RETURN for CREDIT
If you ordered the wrong part or wish to have your money refunded please email customer support for an RMA number:

Include your invoice number and part number you wish to return. You must return product with all the original packaging and documentation. We cannot credit you for incomplete returns.You have up to 14 days to return your part for full credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders above $1000 are returnable for store credit only. After 14 days a 15% restocking fee applies. After one month, parts are not returnable for credit.
