X2600A 501-2976 = Sun CPU/Memory Board, 83MHz Gigaplane. The CPU/MEM board can hold 2 CPUs and can handle up to 4GB of memory per board. The 501-2976 supports up to 2MB of cache per module. If modules with greater than 2MB are installed, only 2MB will be addressed. The minimum OS for the Ex000 is Solaris 2.5.1. The minimum OS for the Ex500 is 2.5.1 HW: 11/97 or 2.6 HW: 3/98.
